  • We’ll routinely schedule check in calls to make sure you’re fully on board with the plan and can go out there and nail it.

  • In this digital age, having likeminded people around for accountability can be difficult to find. I’ll be within touching distance so we never deviate from the plan.

  • Most of the battle will always be in your head. If you have an issue, the likelihood is that I’ve encountered it and know what to do. I’ll help you build a solid mindset inside and outside the gym.

  • Everyone’s biomechanics are different. We’ll quickly work out which exercises are best for you and you can leave the rest to me. I’ll iterate every detail to maximise your progress to fit around your lifestyle.

  • Family, social and work commitments are all factored into our plan. This is a new lifestyle, not a quick fix. You’ll get out what you put in, but I’m here to make sure you get maximum return on the effort you invest.

  • I will tell you exactly what weight and how many reps you need for every session so that you can achieve Personal Bests every week. There’ll be no stress having to calibrate this for yourself. All you have to do is go out there and execute the plan.

  • I’m not going to give you a recipe book and completely change your eating habits. We work with the foods you already like, as well as a few new ones, and make sure we’re nailing the correct quantities for your goals.

    2019 to 2021

    Jack’s transformation from Summer 2019 to Summer 2021 has been nothing short of fantastic. I started working with Jack in Early 2020 when he got back into the gym with serious commitment and motivation. While I had minimal input into his nutritional decisions as he already had a good hold on this. Jack and I worked very closely to design training splits that he both enjoyed and that led to sustained strength gains and muscle growth.

  • Oliver

    2018 to 2020

    Oliver put on 15kg of lean muscle between 2018 and 2020. Oli was my training partner in 2018 during which time we honed in on many of the fundamentals of my hypertrophy training programme. From 2019>2020 Oli then continued with some hypertrophy while shifting his focus to Crossfit. Oliver and I have worked very closely with nutrition and hypertrophy throughout this time to maximise performance in the gym and CrossFit box.

  • Charley

    2015 to 2018

    Charley picked up resistance training at 18 years old when we started University together. Charley was by no means devoted to the gym but simply by committing to 2-4 Sessions per week consistently using the training principles and plan that I curated as well as having moderately sensible nutritional habits, Charley put on 15kg between the ages of 18 and 21. This was all done in a sustainable way such that he could eat, drink and take time off in moderation whenever he wanted, all without disrupting the overall momentum of his progress.

  • Nassef

    2023 to 2024 (6 Months)

    Nassef came to me as a busy working proftssional after years of desk work meant he was no longer happy looking in the mirror. We worked together for just 6 months in which I helped him turn his life around. We recomposition all of his stomach fat into chest and shoulder muscle mass. His posture and confidence is through the roof and he now has all the tools needed to continue on his own and keep improving month after month.

  • Matt

    2023 to 2024 (12 months)

    After coming back from a year of travelling, out of shape and low confidence, I worked with Matt to put on 10kg of lean muscle in just over a year. By gradually building up his habits around his work life, following my progressive overload strategy perfectly and maintaining a lean bulk throughout, he slapped an incredible amount of lean functional muscle all over his physique to take it to the next level.

    2024 to 2024 (4 Months)

    James came to me in January 2024, desperately out of shape and needing to make a change both in terms of lifestyle and overall health. After analysing his habits, routines and weaknesses we have started to build a rock routine in order to shift 15kg/33lbs of muscle in just over 4 months. This is just the start of his journey and I can’t wait to see how far he will go to unleashing his potential.
