In 2025, I rowed 3000 nautical miles from New York to the UK. Entirely unsupported across the North Atlantic Ocean alongside a team of three Veterans. Smashing a world record in the process.

Spending 56 days at sea, in some of the grimmest conditions on the planet. 12 Hours of rowing and a maximum of 3 hours continuous sleep per day, with limited food, and subject to some of the roughest storms on the planet.

We raised over £105,000 for Head Up, the Veterans mental health charity that supports both veterans and serving military personnel.
